Home medical visits are available for patients who have difficulty visiting the clinic because of severe disability, illness, or being bedridden.

Home Visit Hours

Monday – Friday

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Closed: Wednesday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, Sundays, and national holidays.

Appointments are recommended, as patients with appointments are given priority.

For your first visit, please bring:

Your Japanese health insurance documents, if applicable

Any relevant medical certificates

Your medication record or a list of medications you currently take

If you have an appointment, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to complete the registration and medical questionnaire.

For eye examinations, please note that eyeglass prescriptions, visual field tests, and fundus examinations require an appointment.
